Today was souffle making day. I have been excited about this class since the start of term. There’s just something special about souffles – It’s like a soft cloud hovering over a little ramekin dish – saying “Eat me… I taste as good as I look.” But the souffle has a reputation of going the other way too. It could be over baked and therefore lose all its ooey goodness and it could also fail to rise.
Keeping these in mind, everyone kept a watchful eye on their souffle. We made a chocolate one and a pink raspberry one. Here’s my end product.
